Job summary

Parsons is seeking a CAD Support Specialist - Drafting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will create precise 2D drawings and 3D models from sketches and marked-up documents, while coordinating with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver compliant, high-quality outputs.

The role emphasizes BIM model updates, documentation control, and adherence to project standards. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of CAD/BIM drafting experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks, and

Qualifications

High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in CAD drafting, BIM drafting, technical design support, or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, complete drawings and models.
Experience managing drawing revisions, document control, and version control.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Create 2D drawings, layouts, and detailed 3D models from sketches, verbal instructions, markups, and existing design documentation.
Work with architects, engineers, designers, and project teams to understand requirements and develop accurate drawings.
Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
Maintain CAD drawings, BIM models, and design files with proper version control.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support model coordination across disciplines.
Prepare, update, revise, and coordinate CAD drawings and BIM models through the project lifecycle.
Ensure outputs comply with CAD standards, BIM requirements, and project procedures.
