A leading technology firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of AI solutions to enterprise customers. This role requires 2-5 years of experience, fluency in English and Arabic, and a strong background in project management. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure integration and success of AI projects, all while monitoring performance and identifying new use-cases. A proactive attitude and passion for AI are essential, along with a technical degree.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or 4 years in a top-tier consulting firm.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong project-management and communication skills.
• Experience in a startup at a hyper-growth stage is a big plus.

Job description

Own and lead the delivery of Wonderful to enterprise customers

Scope and define requirements, success metrics and integration plans for complex POCs and onboardings

Lead platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement to drive successful production launches

Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Client teams to align on deliverables,timelines & SLAs

Monitor and analyze AI agents performance in production

Identify and develop new AI use-cases with customers to expand impact and adoption rates.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager; or~4 years experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or fast-growing startup

Fluent in English, written & spoken and in Arabic

Strong project-management and communication skills

Comfortable working with APIs, data flows, and change-management processes

Proactive, hands-on attitude and a passion for AI

B.Sc. in Computer Science (or a related technical field)

Engineering background - a big plus.

Experience in a startup in a Hyper-growth stage - a big Plus
