Responsibilities include achieving key metrics, conducting staff meetings, and ensuring effective Visual Merchandising across locations. You will optimize inventory movement and coach teams to deliver a superior retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Enforce SOPs, policies, and loss prevention guidelines.
• Oversee Visual Merchandising implementation in all stores.
• Monitor inventory movement and stock control.
