Job summary

Azizia Panda United Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle for regional local hiring (L1 & L2) and to drive onboarding. You will collaborate with technical managers, coordinate interviews, and partner with agencies and colleges to promote Panda as an employer of choice.

The role focuses on building a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring timely staffing, and maintaining processes through the recruitment system to support the manpower plan.

Responsibilities

• Maximize service level by understanding manpower requirements and providing timely service.
• Set and execute regional/local recruitment plans including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and logistics.
• Manage full recruitment cycle in line with policies to fulfill vacancies.
• Coordinate and follow up on technical interviews with managers to fill vacancies on-time.
• Lead onboarding from paperwork to joining date to improve retention and employer image.
• Maintain regular communication with all candidates throughout the process to improve the candidate journey.
• Increase candidate flow via Panda career page postings to fulfill manpower needs.
• Manage internal job postings including posting, screening, interviews and offers.
• Build relationships with local agencies and colleges to promote industry-institute interaction.
• Coordinate and participate in local recruitment events to brand Panda as employer of choice.
• Handle seasonal recruitment processes.
• Maintain the applicant database and gather candidates for future roles.
• Prepare and update recruitment reports weekly with internal and external parties.
• Send re-hire lists to HR for follow-up.
• Ensure recruitment is conducted via the recruitment system.
