Job summary

State Street is seeking a Regional Sales Relationship Manager – VP to own the end-to-end client lifecycle for Fund Connect, managing a portfolio of institutional relationships and delivering high-quality demonstrations. The role emphasizes engagement across sales, operations, legal and compliance, with ownership of onboarding and ongoing client success.

You will coordinate cross-functional delivery, develop market insights, and collaborate with Marketing to position Fund Connect.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 8+ years of experience leading a product in the financial services industry.
• Experience with Money Market mutual funds and strong knowledge of global financial markets.
• Strong execution skills and ability to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the client relationship and act as primary advocate for client satisfaction.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, set expectations, coordinate delivery and support revenue realization.
• Participate in sales processes and discovery sessions, delivering high-quality demonstrations and presentations.
• Hold regular remote and in-person reviews with clients to ensure alignment with services and products.
• Develop knowledge of industry trends and competitive offerings to inform strategic positioning.
