Job summary

• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior leaders and clients.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills with urgency to outperform goals.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client relationships and serve as primary advocate.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding, set expectations, coordinate delivery and revenue realization.
• Engage in sales processes and discovery sessions with high-quality demos and presentations.
• Hold regular reviews with clients to ensure alignment with services and offerings.
• Develop knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape; share insights with Product and Marketing.
