Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and key accounts, fostering long-term relationships and maximizing client retention.
• Develop and present tailored value propositions and real estate investment solutions aligned with clients’ needs, financial capacity, and investment objectives.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from client acquisition and opportunity identification through negotiations, deal closure, and post-sales relationship management.
• Manage relationships with real estate funds, banks, and institutional investors to identify investment opportunities, assess their potential, and develop strategic partnerships.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with government and semi-government entities and major corporations, offering residential and investment solutions to their employees.
• Negotiate and execute strategic agreements, Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), and partnership arrangements, ensuring effective implementation in coordination with relevant departments.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and acquisition channels to expand the client portfolio and drive revenue growth.
• Assess clients’ financial standing, purchasing power, and investment capacity to support tailored recommendations and improve deal conversion rates.
• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of specialists, monitor individual and team performance, and ensure achievement of sales targets and client relationship objectives.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on portfolio performance, sales pipeline, partnership development, conversion rates, and closed deals, recommending initiatives to improve business performance.
