Job summary

Landmark Group, a leading retailer, seeks a Regional Concept Business Head for Home Centre in Dammam. The role will plan and drive regional retail operations, uphold brand standards, and steer store performance, budgets, and expansion strategies across the territory.

You will lead a diverse team, ensure compliance with local laws, and develop capabilities in Saudization and feminization while optimizing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have 12+ years of experience in Retail
• Home & Furniture experience required for 3–5 years
• Experience handling large format retail/hypermarket environments
• KSA retail exposure preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive retail operations to maximize sales and profitability
• Implement and maintain Home Centre retail standards in Dammam
• Develop budgets, forecast performance and monitor KPIs
• Drive stock, space management and inventory utilization
• Lead regional strategies, store roll-outs and expansion
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and health & safety standards
• Mentor showroom staff and drive Saudization and feminization
