Qualifications

• Experience in exhibition management, retail supervision, or related field (min 5 years).
• Experience in following up branch operations and employee attendance.
• Proficiency with KPI frameworks and operational reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations and ensure smooth execution across branches.
• Monitor branch performance, attendance records, and employee timekeeping.
• Coordinate and monitor brand visits and ensure compliance with standards.
• Review KPI performance and support improvement action plans.
