Job summary

PwC Middle East is seeking a HC Associate to join the Human Capital function. You will work with a team of problem solvers across HR operations, payroll coordination, government relations and employee lifecycle services.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, compliance, and a service-focused approach to internal clients. You will collaborate with HC, payroll, finance, IT and mobility teams to ensure smooth service delivery, continuous process improvement, and adherence to regional labour laws and

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; Arabic a plus.
• Experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong payroll coordination and data validation skills.
• Familiarity with government relations, visa/work permits and iqama processes.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and employee data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HC operational activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and changes with payroll and finance teams.
• Support government relations, visa and iqama processes and documentation.
• Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with labour laws and firm policies.
• Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards using HR systems.
• Provide first-level advisory support to employees and managers on HR policies.
