Job summary

Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia seeks a highly skilled Manufacturing Performance Expert to join Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME). You will enhance downstream assets’ performance by coordinating with asset teams and analyzing manufacturing and financial data to drive improvements.

The role requires strong collaboration, data-driven decision making, and experience benchmarking against industry leaders such as Solomon RAM.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with strong financial acumen.
Experience in asset management within downstream oil & gas industry.
Experience with benchmarking frameworks such as Solomon or RAM.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Act as central point of contact for asset teams within GME.
Design standardized methodologies to collect, maintain, analyze, and present assets’ performance data.
Benchmark assets’ performance against industry leaders and internal data using Solomon/RAM standards.
Create and maintain asset performance dashboards and reporting tools.
Coordinate with asset teams to identify improvement opportunities and develop recommendations.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership on GME programs and initiatives.
