Job summary

Laverne Group | مجموعة لافيرن is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its HR team in Riyadh. The role focuses on sales recruitment and managing mass recruitment campaigns, including posting job advertisements and running campaigns to attract qualified candidates.

You will handle the full recruitment cycle, source candidates for sales roles, coordinate with hiring managers, and track recruitment KPIs to support scalable hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably sales hiring.
• Experience in mass hiring / mass recruitment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
