We are seeking a proactive and personable Receptionist to join our Al Waha campus. In this role, the successful candidate will manage a busy and professional reception desk, serving as the first point of contact for visitors. The individual will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders. Additionally, they should be knowledgeable about school policies and procedures to assist and guide visitors appropriately.
Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and with a strong track record of working within a similar type of role.
Show evidence of strong secretarial and administrative experience within a large organisation. Prior experience of working within a school environment will be a clear advantage.
Be proactive in their approach to dealing with related matters in line with the school’s expected high standards;
Go the extra mile, including working outside of standard school hours, ensuring service level delivery is met;
Have excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence and be able to deal effectively and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and teams;
