Job summary

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a Sales Manager for a prestigious Real Estate Development client in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on leading the sales team, driving both B2C and B2B activities, and wrapping up deals from negotiation to handover.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in real estate sales within KSA/GCC, 3+ years in team leadership, and a strong network in the Saudi market. Fluency in Arabic and English and a valid Saudi driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• 8+ years Real Estate Sales experience in KSA/GCC.
• 3+ years Sales Team Leadership experience.
• Proven B2C & B2B sales track record.
• Strong Saudi market network.
• Proven record of closing residential sales and corporate or institutional deals.
• Knowledge of REGA, FAL, Wafi, Ejar & Sakani.
• Fluent Arabic & English.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.
