Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Team Lead for UFG UTR operations in KSA, based in Jeddah. You will manage end-to-end UTR operations for a large site or a cluster of sites, supervise store operations, and drive performance while upholding safety and morale.

You will implement training plans for pickers, work with merchant stakeholders to uplift processes, and conduct daily 4M/5S and GEMBA safety audits. This role requires English fluency and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Operational experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end UTR operations daily for one large site or a mix of smaller sites.
• Supervise store operations and ensure safety and morale of the team.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining quality targets.
• Drive performance management and implement training plans for pickers.
• Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to improve operations and performance.
• Conduct 4M/5S and Safety GEMBA audits for stores daily.
• Act as stand-in for Area Manager when required.
