Job summary

Amazon in Jeddah, KSA, seeks a Team Lead for UTR operations to manage end-to-end activities within one large site or a cluster of sites. You will supervise daily store operations, ensure metrics are met, and uphold safety and team morale.

You will drive performance, train pickers, and continuously collaborate with merchants to push process improvements while performing daily 4M/5S audits and acting as Area Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UTR operations for one large site or multiple sites on a daily basis.
• Supervise store operations and meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining safety and team morale.
• Drive performance management; develop training and development plans for pickers.
• Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to improve operations and achieve performance gains.
• Conduct 4M/5S and Safety GEMBA audits daily; stand in for Area Manager.
