Job summary

A reputable construction management firm based in Riyadh is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to analyze construction drawings and prepare accurate BOQs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering and at least 3 years of industry experience. Responsibilities include communication with procurement for material availability and maintaining thorough documentation. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required. Working hours are Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the industry, with exposure to production and assembly processes.
• Technical knowledge of Architectural Wood Standards (AWI) and wooden joinery works.
• Proficient in understanding and implementing client requirements.
