Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Quality Assurance & Performance lead to drive hotel-wide quality initiatives, ensure alignment with brand standards, and provide real-time performance updates.

The role oversees learning and development initiatives, LMS compliance, and data reporting, coordinating with operations to close gaps, implement corrective actions, and foster a culture of guest-focused excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, reporting, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel-wide quality initiatives aligned with standards.
• Provide real-time and periodic performance updates.
• Lead weekly quality reviews on guest feedback and issues.
• Conduct quality audits and risk assessments to identify gaps.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor CAPAs and ensure sustainable resolutions.
• Collaborate with operations and guests to close service gaps.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
