• Assist with hiring processes, applicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks, and logs.
• Maintain applicant flow, orientation, and transfer request logs.
• Maintain new hire and personnel files in HRIS; ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Monitor payroll records processing per policies and procedures.
• Train new hires on HR processes and systems.
