Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in Riyadh is seeking an Assistant Learning & Quality Manager with a passion for people development to lead learning initiatives and uphold consistent quality across the hotel.

You will design and deliver training, monitor service standards, coach department leaders, manage onboarding, and review guest feedback to drive continuous improvement. Strong English and hospitality experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Quality, HR or similar, preferably in a hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and supporting department leaders to improve service quality and performance
• Managing onboarding, orientation, and ongoing learning activities for colleagues
• Reviewing guest feedback and quality results to identify areas for improvement
• Preparing and reviewing learning and quality reports to monitor performance

What We Need from You:

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field
• Three or more years of experience in Learning & Development, Quality, Human Resources, or a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Passion for learning, coaching, and continuous improvement
• Good command of written and spoken English required
