  • Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with co‑observers, participate in calibration sessions, and provide input during the pilot phase. Coordinate with the Lead Reviewer and Project Manager to align on deliver.
  • Logistics and Travel : Coordinate with the Project Manager on scheduling and travel across Saudi Arabia (up to 5 trips per cohort). Maintain flexibility to participate in multiple observations per round.
  • Training Participation: Attend training and periodic workshops to maintain methodology alignment, QA criteria, and reporting format.

What You’ll bring:

  • A sharp eye for detail and structured thinking to assess and interpret trainer performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and working with diverse teams.
  • Bilingual writing ability to produce clear, concise, actionable reports in Arabic and English.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability when engaging with varied training environments across KSA.

  • Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia and adapt to flexible working schedules.
  • Experience in adult learning or professional development, particularly in the GCC/KSA.
  • Familiarity with QA frameworks or assessment methodologies (e.g., rubrics).
