Job summary

Jazera Arabia Contracting seeks an experienced QHSE Manager to oversee Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental activities across construction projects and operations. The role includes developing, implementing and monitoring QHSE policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with regulations, international standards and project requirements.

The position involves both office and on-site responsibilities, with work locations potentially in Jeddah or Riyadh depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant QHSE experience.
• Experience in a QHSE managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 management systems.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, auditing, and CAPA.
• Good understanding of construction site operations and QHSE practices.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
