Job summary

Jazera Arabia Contracting seeks an experienced QHSE Manager to oversee Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental activities across our construction projects and operations. The role combines office governance with on-site implementation, ensuring compliance with regulations and international standards.

You will develop, implement and monitor QHSE policies and management systems, lead audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and CAPA, and collaborate with project teams in Jeddah or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Proven experience in a QHSE managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across construction projects and company operations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems to ensure regulatory and client compliance.
• Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and CAPA processes.
• Balance office governance with on-site execution across Jeddah or Riyadh as required.
