Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Proven experience in a QHSE managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across construction projects and company operations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems to ensure regulatory and client compliance.
• Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and CAPA processes.
• Balance office governance with on-site execution across Jeddah or Riyadh as required.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of relevant QHSE experience.
• Proven experience in a QHSE managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, auditing, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Good understanding of construction site operations and QHSE practices.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage both office and field responsibilities.
