Job summary

DXC Technology in Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic Sales Hunter with a proven track record of managing large Public Sector deals in the KSA. You will build relationships with key government and sector stakeholders and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Proven success in handling large Public Sector deals.
• Experience with Oil & Gas and Telecom sectors preferred.
• Strong network across government agencies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Independent, proactive, results-driven.
• 5–7 years of experience.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Public Sector and other strategic industries, including Oil & Gas and Telecommunications.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target sectors.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing high-value deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery, and support) to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that clearly communicate value propositions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
