Job summary

Yokogawa Electric Corporation in Al-Khobar is seeking a Proposal Engineer to lead techno-commercial bid activities for instrumentation systems. You will review RFQs, select GC hardware configurations, and prepare detailed technical proposals with BOMs and quotations.

In this role you will interface with Sales and Customers during bidding, address technical queries, and support the transition from bid to execution with the Order Handling and Lab Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in proposal engineering and estimation for instrumentation and analyzers.
• Strong knowledge of GC principles and analytical hardware.

Responsibilities

• Techno-commercial bid preparation, including technical proposals, BOMs, and quotes.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for sales and customers during bidding.
• Coordinate handoff with Order Handling, Lab Operations, and Tuning Engineers post-award.
