Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in building technology and energy efficiency, is seeking a candidate based in Saudi Arabia to cover operations in the MEA region. You will oversee the installation of traffic and demographic metric systems across new shopping mall openings and refits, coordinating resources and ensuring delivery to defined scope and safety standards.

You will lead rollout across MEA, manage risks and costs, and drive continuous improvement while building strong relationships

• Lead rollout of Sensormatic solutions across MEA shopping malls and retail stores.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of traffic and demographic metric systems.
• Coordinate technical resources, subcontractors, and internal planners.
• Deliver projects on scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Manage risk, changes, resources, and costs; monitor actions.
• Ensure compliance with project management and health & safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across processes.
• Lead site meetings to define requirements, readiness, and handover.
• Strive for right-first-time installations; capture learnings and reporting.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Job description

We are looking for a new colleague who will be based in Saudi Arabia to cover our operations in the region.

What you will do

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of our solutions across all your assigned client accounts in the Middle East and Africa region (MEA). Your responsibility is to oversee the installation of Traffic and demographic metrics systems in all new Shopping Mall and Retail store openings and refits.
