Responsibilities

• Lead rollout of Sensormatic solutions across MEA malls and stores.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of traffic and demographic systems.
• Coordinate technical resources, subcontractors, and planners.
• Deliver projects on scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Manage risks, changes, resources, and costs; monitor actions.
• Ensure compliance with PM and health & safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes.
• Lead site meetings to define requirements, readiness, and handover.
• Capture learnings and reporting; maintain client satisfaction.
