Direct Print in Jeddah seeks a proactive Project Executive with hands-on experience in events, exhibitions, branding, or production. You will convert client briefs into polished proposals and structured execution plans while coordinating with design, procurement, and workshop teams.

You will build professional presentations, quotations, and timelines, coordinating multiple suppliers and production steps. This role offers growth toward project management based on performance.

The ideal candidate can independently turn client briefs into polished proposals and structured execution plans while coordinating with design, procurement and workshop teams.

• Interpret client briefs and propose practical event and branding concepts.
• Develop professional PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and preliminary quotations.

• Create project timelines, task lists and status updates.
• Anticipate issues, recommend solutions and follow up proactively.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably directly within events, exhibitions, or branding production.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with a portfolio of personally prepared proposals.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and balance creativity with project execution.
• Knowledge of event production, printing, branding materials and suppliers is highly preferred.
• Applicants must currently be based in Jeddah.
