Whitecollars seeks an experienced Events & Exhibitions Project Manager in Riyadh to manage and grow the Events & Exhibitions department. This role involves preparing proposals, managing project budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of direct experience in events management within Saudi Arabia, a strong existing network, and fluency in Arabic and English. Competitive salary includes project profit percentages, housing and transportation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing events and exhibitions projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Established relationships with government entities and corporate clients in KSA.
• Proficient in pricing BOQs and managing bids.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and expand client networks in Saudi Arabia.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and negotiate with suppliers.
• Oversee project schedules, site setup, and final handover.
