Job summary

Penspen is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for onshore oil and gas projects in Alkhafji, Saudi Arabia. You will lead discipline engineers, plan and coordinate across FEED and EPC activities, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary input, overseeing FEED contractor performance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in EPC/oil & gas onshore projects.
• PMC experience in a similar role preferred.
• Familiar with Saudi Aramco Desktop Standards.
• Experience in construction and commissioning is beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

• At least Ten (10) years' experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination and project support activities for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Onshore projects.
• PMC experience at similar role is preferable.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in the appropriate field
