Job summary

Penspen is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for onshore oil and gas projects in Alkhafji, Saudi Arabia. You will lead discipline engineers, plan and coordinate across FEED and EPC activities, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary input, overseeing FEED contractor performance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in EPC/oil & gas onshore projects.
• PMC experience in a similar role preferred.
• Familiar with Saudi Aramco Desktop Standards.
• Experience in construction and commissioning is beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage discipline engineers, plan and schedule, and coordinate interdisciplinary inputs between projects/sites/stakeholders/FEED/EPC engineers.
• Coordinate between projects team and multidisciplinary input.
• Oversee entire project execution and FEED contractor performance.
• Oversee FEED contractor schedules, prepare weekly and monthly reports and delay analysis.
• Monitor the budget and cost control, oversee timesheet submissions, leave requests and provide overall support to Team Leads.
