Job summary

Penspen is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Onshore) with an Electrical & Communication background and strong PMC and contract administration capabilities for the PMS project in Alkhafji, KSA. You will coordinate across Tendering, Design and Construction, reporting to the Project Head or Senior Project Engineer as required.

The role requires a minimum of ten years in related fields, knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards being advantageous, and solid proficiency in MS Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• At least ten (10) years’ experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination and project support for onshore projects.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Computer literate with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• The Project Engineer will report to the Project Head and/or Senior Project Engineer as appropriate and liaise with all design/construction disciplines during Tendering, Design, and Construction Stages.
• Project Engineer shall be delegated by the Project Head or Senior Project Engineer.
