Penspen is seeking an experienced project leadership professional for onshore oil and gas projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing discipline engineers, coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring FEED contractor performance.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Engineering with 10+ years in engineering, procurement, construction and project support, and familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards is beneficial. Location is Alkhafji, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering field.
• 10+ years in oil and gas EPC/PMC onshore projects.
• Experience with PM/coordination across disciplines.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage discipline engineers, planning and scheduling, and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Coordinate between projects team and multi-disciplinary input.
• Oversee project execution and FEED contractor performance.
• Monitor FEED schedules, prepare weekly/monthly reports and delay analysis; monitor budget and timesheets.
