Job summary

Penspen is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to be based in Khafji, Saudi Arabia, overseeing project execution across engineering, procurement and construction interfaces. You will support scheduling, cost control and technical coordination, ensuring smooth communication between client, EPC and vendors.

Responsibilities include tracking deliverables, preparing progress presentations, and helping manage risks, changes, and milestone achievement while providing administrative and logistical

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management and project engineering experience in FEED/EPC and FEL1/FEL2
• 8+ years coordinating administration of onshore/offshore project activities including technical, contracts, logistics
• PMC experience in similar roles preferred
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco procedures is beneficial
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee project execution across engineering, procurement and construction interfaces
• Support project management in scheduling, cost control and technical coordination
• Ensure communication and documentation flow between client, EPC and vendors
• Track deliverables, progress reports and contractual correspondence
• Facilitate coordination meetings and prepare progress presentations
• Support leadership in managing risks, changes and milestone achievement
• Provide project control inputs and ensure administrative and logistical efficiency across teams
