Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering and project management oversight for a large‑scale infrastructure project in Riyadh.
- Review engineering drawings, design packages, technical specifications, and related project documents for coordination and completeness.
- Act as the central coordination point between the client, sub‑consultants, senior project managers, design teams, and internal engineering teams.
- Maintain clear communication channels between technical, management, and client‑side stakeholders.
- Monitor design progress and support follow‑up on deliverables, review cycles, approvals, and pending technical actions.
- Track sub‑consultant milestones, project timelines, design submissions, and engineering progress against approved schedules.
- Identify potential delays, coordination gaps, missing information, or unresolved technical issues at an early stage.
- Support corrective action planning by coordinating with senior project managers, consultants, and engineering discipline leads.
- Monitor adherence to contract requirements, project procedures, technical standards, and agreed delivery expectations.
- Assist with quality assurance by reviewing documentation flow, design progress, and compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, technical memos, dashboards, meeting notes, and management presentations.
- Maintain action logs, issue trackers, follow‑up registers, and coordination records to support project control and accountability.
- Participate in coordination meetings, progress reviews, client discussions, and technical workshops as required.
- Support senior project managers with information gathering, document control follow‑up, stakeholder updates, and project status reporting.
- Work collaboratively within a multicultural project environment while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Saudi National required.
- Minimum 4years of progressive experience in engineering project management, infrastructure projects, or technical coordination roles.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure project delivery, engineering drawings, technical specifications, design packages, and project documentation.
- Ability to coordinate between clients, consultants, sub‑consultants, internal teams, and senior project stakeholders.
- Experience monitoring design progress, tracking milestones, preparing reports, and supporting project schedules.
- Good knowledge of contract requirements, quality expectations, technical review processes, and project coordination workflows.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify issues early and support practical resolution.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence to follow up with multiple stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several workstreams, documents, deadlines, and action items at the same time.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Detail‑oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Experience on infrastructure, civil works, utilities, transportation, public realm, or large development projects is advantageous.
