Job summary

Carrier is seeking an Undergraduate Project Coordinator Intern in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, working on-site in the Aftermarket Services division. The role focuses on contract administration, project documentation, and MOH closeout operations for major infrastructure projects.

You will coordinate with internal service teams and client representatives to assemble handover documents, process invoices, and complete formal closeout procedures while supporting cross-functional project workflows.

• Interest in project coordination and contract administration during an internship.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and client representatives.

Responsibilities

• Organize, review, and compile handover documentation for MOH projects.
• Prepare, verify, and track project invoicing with finance and operations.
• Manage project closeout workflows and archive compliance records.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve delays.
• Maintain project documentation logs and digital archives for audits.
