Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Lead Program Manager to drive a large-scale AI transformation program within the telecommunications sector, including Agentic AI and Autonomous Network capabilities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and coordinate with technology partners to accelerate network automation. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in telecom transformation, a track record delivering AIOps and OSS modernization, and strong 4G/5G and

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in telecom transformation or large-scale programs.
Proven delivery of AIOps, Autonomous Networks, or OSS modernization initiatives.
Strong background in 4G/5G RAN, 5G Core, Transport Networks, OSS/BSS, and cloud-native tech.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery, governance, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.
Define and execute the roadmap for Agentic AI, AIOps, Digital Twin, and Autonomous Network initiatives.
Coordinate architecture, engineering, data science, MLOps, and telecom domain teams.
Drive integration with OSS/BSS, NMS, Data Lakes, CMDBs, observability platforms, and vendor ecosystems.
Provide executive reporting and lead steering committee activities.
