Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery, governance, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Define and execute the roadmap for Agentic AI, AIOps, Digital Twin, and Autonomous Network initiatives.
• Coordinate architecture, engineering, data science, MLOps, and telecom domain teams.
• Drive integration with OSS/BSS, NMS, Data Lakes, CMDBs, observability platforms, and vendor ecosystems.
• Provide executive reporting and lead steering committee activities.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager to drive the delivery of a large-scale AI transformation program within the telecommunications sector. You will lead the implementation of Agentic AI and Autonomous Network capabilities across complex telecom environments, working with cross-functional teams, technology partners, and executive stakeholders to accelerate network automation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery, including governance, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Define and execute the roadmap for Agentic AI, AIOps, Digital Twin, and Autonomous Network initiatives.
• Coordinate architecture, engineering, data science, MLOps, and telecom domain teams.

Expectations

• 15+ years of experience in telecom transformation, network automation, or related large-scale programs.
• Proven delivery of AIOps, Autonomous Networks, Telecom AI/ML platforms, or OSS modernization initiatives.
• Strong background in 4G/5G RAN, 5G Core, Transport Networks, OSS/BSS, and cloud-native technologies.
• Solid understanding of Agentic AI, MCP, AI orchestration frameworks, RAG, LLMOps, and MLOps.
• Experience managing complex multi-vendor programs with budgets exceeding €20M.
