Job summary

Dyna.Ai is seeking an experienced AI Agent Delivery Manager to lead enterprise AI solution delivery, including AI Agents, Voice AI, Agent Studio, and seamless integrations with enterprise platforms.

The role collaborates with customers, sales, solution architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery, profitability, and high customer satisfaction while applying modern AI technologies and rigorous governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise software delivery.
• 3+ years leading software implementation teams.
• Experience with enterprise customers and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in customer-facing delivery roles.
• Experience in banking, telecom, government, or large enterprise projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise AI and software projects.
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and risk registers.
• Coordinate internal engineering, product, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Drive customer acceptance, UAT, and production go-live.
• Act as the primary delivery contact for enterprise customers.
• Conduct regular project governance meetings.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle escalations and resolve delivery issues proactively.
• Build long‑term trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of AI Chat Agents, Agent Studio, Contact Center AI, and related workflows.
• Oversee API, CRM, ERP, Core Banking, and Identity Management integrations.
• Coach and mentor delivery engineers; build delivery best practices.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing end-to-end software implementation projects while also understanding modern AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, speech technologies, and enterprise integrations.

This role requires close collaboration with customers, sales, solution architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and project profitability.
