Job summary

SOL Gulf is seeking an experienced Program Director to establish and lead a Strategy Execution & Value Realization Office for a major Saudi enterprise client. The role oversees a multi-year digital and technology transformation portfolio, ensuring governance, executive reporting, delivery assurance, and business value realization.

You will build the operating model, manage executive stakeholders, coordinate with PMOs and vendors, and drive measurable benefits while guiding multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience with at least 8 years in strategy execution, PMO, or transformation offices.
• Experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs across multiple initiatives and vendors.
• Saudi Arabia experience, preferably with government or government-linked organizations.
• PMP, PgMP, MSP, P3O, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run the transformation office, operating model, governance forums, and decision framework.
• Manage executive stakeholder engagement and Steering Committee reporting.
• Oversee portfolio governance, stage-gate reviews, risks, issues, dependencies.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting.
• Lead benefits and value realization activities.
• Coordinate with PMOs, enterprise architects, and vendors; coach multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure delivery against milestones and knowledge transfer to the client.

• Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs involving multiple initiatives and vendors.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia, particularly with government or government-linked organizations, is strongly preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, MSP, P3O, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
• Strong executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time, project-based assignment (12–36 months)

Availability: Immediate to 30 days' notice preferred.
