Job summary

Eram Talent in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned transformation professional to lead strategic programs in the Eastern Province. You will coordinate with internal teams, business units and external consultants to plan, deliver, and ensure alignment with the target operating model.

The role requires PMP-level expertise, strong communication, and hands-on experience with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet). Large-scale change and TOGAF familiarity are advantageous.
