Job summary

MBRF, a leading global food company, invites you to join its Production Quality team in Saudi Arabia as a Production Quality Lead. You will guarantee compliance with quality standards, support corrective and preventive actions, and coach production staff.

You will monitor KPIs, manage safety, oversee materials quality, drive process improvements with PDCA, and ensure documentation and training are up to date while coordinating audits and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering or related field.
• Experience in quality management systems and production processes.
• Knowledge of PDCA and continuous improvement approaches.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee compliance with the quality standards and procedures.
• Participate in corrective and preventive actions within Production Department.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate job results; coach and discipline employees.
• Manage KPIs related to production lines.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment; educate personnel on controls, equipment, and resources.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are implemented and followed.
• Monitor quality of incoming raw materials and finished products.
• Manage process and material flows; maximize equipment utilization.
• Develop, update, and maintain procedures and documentation for Quality & Management Systems.
• Ensure employees are trained and training documented.
• Escort audits and implement corrective actions for deviations.
• Focus on continuous improvement using PDCA; lead processes with stakeholders.
• Provide appropriate supervision.
• Identify risks and hazards arising from projects and activities.
• Prepare and implement identified control measures.
• Provide appropriate PPE to relevant personnel.
