Job summary

MBRF is seeking a hands-on production professional to join the team in Jeddah. You will participate in CIQ and NC analysis to uncover improvements, manage line operations when the line leader is absent, and collaborate in PDCA/SDCA groups to meet KPIs.

The role requires strict adherence to HACCP, HSE, 5S, and BRF sustainability guidelines, and involves operating and troubleshooting complex equipment, performing routine checks, and supporting the production schedule.

Qualifications

• Participate in CIQ and NC analysis to find improvement opportunities.
• Lead line operations in the absence of line leader and supervisor.
• Participate in PDCA/SDCA groups related to main KPI’s.
• Operate and troubleshoot complex equipment; perform regular machine checks.
• Comply with HACCP, HSE, 5S and BRF sustainability guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot complex equipment.
• Monitor production performance and adjust parameters as per procedures.
• Fill and interpret control charts.
• Assist Line Leader and Production Supervisor to meet scheduling requirements.
• Participate/Initiate improvement projects.
