Job summary

MBRF Global Foods Company in Jeddah is seeking a hands-on production operator to lead CIQ and NC analysis, manage line operations in the absence of the line leader and supervisor, and participate in PDCA/SDCA groups to improve KPIs.

You will operate and troubleshoot complex equipment, monitor performance, adjust parameters per procedures, and ensure HACCP, HSE, 5S, and BRF Sustainability requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Secondary School (Grade 12) or technical certificate required.
• Experience in food production or manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP and HSE guidelines.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Participate and lead the CIQ and NC analysis related to improvement opportunities and recurring problems.
• Manage the line operations in the absence of line leader and supervisor.
• Participate in PDCA/SDCA groups related to main KPI’s.
• Operate and troubleshoot complex equipment.
• Prepare materials and assemble equipment before starting up the line.
• Monitor the performance of production equipment and adjust parameters as per procedures.
• Observe operation and notify operator of malfunctions.
• Reduce operational losses (rework, scrap, given weight).
• Assist Line Leader and Production Supervisor in achieving scheduling requirements.
• Fill and interpret control charts.
• Ensure the process is carried out in line with critical control parameters.
• Participate/initiate improvement projects.
• Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements in the workplace.
• Comply with Health, Safety and Environment requirements and 5S within the workplace.
• Adhere to BRF Sustainability Policy and ESG commitments in daily routines.
