Job summary

Kabsnt in Saudi Arabia invites an experienced supervisor to lead daily mixing, filling and packaging operations at our Riyadh plant. You will ensure quality standards, manage 10–20 staff, and coordinate with warehouse teams to keep schedules on track.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or related field, with at least 5 years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and knowledge of ISO quality systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mixing, filling and packaging operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and product specs.
• Manage and train the workforce (10–20 people).
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with the warehouse.
• Document processes and report any deviations.
