Job summary

Al-Rashed Industrial is seeking a Production Coordinator to join the manufacturing team and support daily production operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role involves coordinating daily production activities, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth material flow from Stores to Purchasing, with collaboration across Quality, Maintenance, and Safety.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and follow up on production plans.
• Monitor production progress and report delays or operational issues.
• Coordinate raw material requirements with Stores and Purchasing.
• Maintain accurate production, manpower, and material records.
• Prepare daily and monthly production reports and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Safety, and other departments.
• Follow up on machine downtime, material shortages, and production priorities.
• Ensure production documentation and system records are accurate and up to date.
