Wholly Hearty for Food Products in Dammam is seeking a Production Floor Supervisor to oversee on-floor production operations, ensure food safety compliance, and optimize manufacturing processes in a fast-growing startup. Office-based role with collaboration across departments.

The position requires supervising line startups and shutdowns, maintaining production reports, and enforcing GMP and HACCP standards in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Industrial background, minimum 1 year in manufacturing (food manufacturing and supervisory experience preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills required.
• Good Arabic and English language skills required.

Mansioni

• Supervise the production process on the floor at all times, including line startup, production, and shutdown.
• Learn and train others on every stage of the production process.
• Follow the production plan issued by the Production Manager—Manage assignments, attendance, and punctuality.
• Coordinate with maintenance on equipment faults, repairs, and scheduled work.
• Track material consumption: raw materials and consumables issued vs. used.
• Record production data (output, waste, downtime, batches).
• Prepare daily production reports, trial reports, and completion reports for floor work.
• Enforce GMP, safety, food safety, and other applicable standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, SFDA).

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break), 6 days a week

Job Summary:

The Production Floor Supervisor role is crucial in supporting Wholly Hearty’s mission to scale its production efficiently and safely. This role will assist in overseeing production operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, optimizing manufacturing processes, and coordinating across various departments to maintain smooth production workflows in a fast-growing startup environment. This is an office-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the production process on the floor at all times, including line startup, production, and shutdown
• Learn and fully understand every stage of the production process, and be able to explain it and train others
• Follow the production plan issued by the Production Manager- Manage operators and workers: assignments, attendance, and punctuality
• Coordinate with maintenance on equipment faults, repairs, and scheduled work- Track material consumption: raw materials and consumables issued vs. used- Record production data (output, waste, downtime, batches)
