CTS-DT a CTS Group company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Production Supervisor to support the Production Team Leader in day-to-day operations of its EPOD modular data center production unit.

You will ensure workflow discipline, perform first-line quality checks, and provide operators with tools, materials, and guidance to meet targets, while maintaining a safe and efficient shop floor.

Competenze

• 4 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing production environments.
• Experience in EPC modular construction or data center manufacturing preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing and 5S knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to coordinate a small team.
• Valid passport is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Supervise day-to-day activities at an assigned workstation following schedule and work instructions.
• Carry out first-line quality checks on completed tasks and escalate non-conformities as needed.
• Coordinate task allocation among operators during the shift and assist the Team Leader when required.
• Monitor and replenish tools, consumables and materials to avoid downtime.
• Support onboarding and on-the-job guidance of new operators.
• Maintain basic production records and KPI shift inputs.
• Promote Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) protocols and 5S at the workstation.
• Escalate personnel or technical issues beyond authority to the Team Leader or Production Foreman.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and corrective actions.

Role Overview

As a Production Supervisor you will support the Production Team Leader in overseeing day-to-day operations within a specific workstation or section of CTS-DT s EPOD modular data center production unit The role focuses on maintaining workflow discipline carrying out first-line quality checks and ensuring operators have the tools materials and guidance needed to meet production targets You will act as a point of reference on the shop floor during the Team Leader s absence and help maintain a safe organized and efficient working environment

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities at an assigned workstation or production area ensuring work is carried out according to schedule and work instructions
• Carry out first-line quality checks on completed tasks flagging and escalating non-conformities to the Team Leader
• Coordinate task allocation among operators during the shift stepping in for the Team Leader when required
• Monitor and replenish tools consumables and material availability at the workstation to avoid downtime
• Support the onboarding and on-the-job guidance of new operators
• Maintain basic production records shift logs and input for KPI tracking
• Promote Health Safety and Environment HSE protocols and good housekeeping 5S at the workstation
• Escalate personnel or technical issues beyond their authority to the Team Leader or Production Foreman
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and support the implementation of corrective actions

Required Skills and Experience

4 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing production environment ideally within EPC modular construction or data center-related manufacturing Practical experience in electrical or mechanical assembly work Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing 5S principles is an advantage Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate a small team A functional level of English is highly valued High attention to detail a proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team A valid passport is mandatory
