Job summary

Napco National Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure proper manning for each machine, support daily production planning, and review shift handover reports. The role requires supervising machine run-ability during trials, reporting non-conformities, and coordinating with maintenance for timely repairs.

• Review daily production reports and verify their correctness to enable proper handover during shift changes.
• Supervise machine run-ability during trials and production; report any non-conformities of raw material.
• Monitor team to minimize waste and maximize efficiency; submit/approve leaves and other requests on pulse.
• Assign tasks and deadlines to the production team; track progress towards set goals.
• Manage and guide the production team to work safely and maintain a tidy plant.

• Manage & guide the production team to work safely & effectively while maintaining tidy and clean

• Secure a proper preventive maintenance on all machines in coordination with the Maintenance

• Department and Corrective repair orders / Workshop repair orders

• Ensure the application of all quality procedures in coordination with the QC Department.
• Evaluate the performance of his staff & suggest the appropriate incentive and training program.
